果てしない宇宙
Kuragehime 11 END

Finally a confession! Anyways, the ending was open-ended leaving the possibility of a second season, and it definitely deserves a second season. The ending may leave many unsatisfied since it didn’t formally conclude with who’s going with who in regards to relationships. Like does Tsukimi finally tie the knot (eventually) with ShuShu or Kuranosuke, we’ll never know unless we are left to our own devices or continue reading the manga.

Jiji-sama said she wanted a 「北の国から」BOXセット as a reward, which was a J-Doroma TV series that started airing in 1981. It takes place, as the title of the series would suggest, with the family moving from Tokyo to Hokkaido, the northern-most island in Japan.

Anyways, next week’s the last episode. What shall happen? We’ll find out soon!

Kuragehime 9

Just two more episodes after this, and here’s the Prime Minister and Shu-Shu’s father in schoolgirl uniforms. Any questions?

Kuragehime 8

Love is coming back, yeah! Love is coming ba…a…ack! Yeah! With that said, the ED single from Sambomaster has been out for more than a week, what are you waiting for!?

Kuragehime 7

Oh, so close! まやや殿!!

Plans to acquire the Amamizukan are quickly accelerating. It’s gonna be a close race.

On another note, in the first few moments during the OP sequence, it was reported that Japan, unfortunately, lost the bid for the 2022 World Cup. So long, 3D holographic field dreams. :<

Kuragehime 6

Didn’t know he had a phobia until now. I liked the mentioning of Gaki no Tsukai, it features one of Japan’s popular comedians, like the DOWNTOWN duo, Cocorico duo, and Yamasaki Hosei. Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahande is best known for their annual punishment (batsu) games. I can’t wait for this coming new year, since they just finished filming this year’s batsu game — they’re going to be special agents this time around.

Kuragehime 5

アフロ、封印!

Most striking transformation I’ve seen yet. The vixen, Inari, sure is something. She’s…quite a chain smoker. I loved the word play in this episode: 来い vs. 愛

Next episode, judging by the preview, does that mean that Shu’s no longer a…*gasp*

Kuragehime 4

Aww yeah. Delayed response was LOL, unintentional hugs, direct eye contact, nosebleeds. You jelly-pyon?

Kuragehime 3

Indeed, I see the resemblance.

Looks like Kuranosuke is trying to set up his older brother with Tsukimi. This show gets better every week.

Kuragehime 2

Second episode sure didn’t disappoint, it’s great to see each of their personalities that make each of them so unique. Plus Tsukimi suddenly breaking out singing “Olé!” was great comic relief during the nabe party scene.
